Accommodation prices for bed & breakfast (inclusive of VAT):

Rates vary according to the specific date and season
Supplements per night:
- £45 for a child’s folding bed & breakfast
- £10 for a cot
- £15 per dog (please see Terms)
48 hour cancellation policy - we only charge if we are unable to resell (see Terms)

Exceptions:
All rooms will be refundable with 48 hours cancellation terms only, unless we inform you otherwise. Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged unless we are able to resell.
Exceptions:
Saturdays from May – October:
- small supplement on room rates
- four weeks cancellation unless resold (see Terms)
Winter Weekend Breaks Offer (December, January, February):
- two nights including Saturday: £20 discount per night (please mention this website offer when booking – excludes Special Events)
Special Event Days: there are some special event days at slightly higher rates – we let you know if relevant to your enquiry.
